Canadian multi-media company Stefi Media Group Inc., proudly presents Vantage, celebrating the luxury lifestyles and charitable pursuits of Canadian society.
Vantage’s vision is to recognize special individuals and corporations who are “giving back” to society through their philanthropic commitments. Vantage will be a conduit to the charity world dedicated to servicing the high-net worth community. Vantage will lead by example and encourage others to expand their own personal benevolent efforts.

Stephen has had more than 30 years experience as a financial advisor to entrepreneurial businesses and their owners, with particular strengths in the areas of taxation, financing, investment evaluation and the issues associated with growth and succession. For most of his professional career, he was a senior partner in Beallor Beallor & Burns, Chartered Accountants. He was the publisher and editor of CounterPoint, a regular newsletter that reflected on financial and tax issues facing the business world. He is a founding director of the International Group of Accounting Firms, one of the world’s largest accounting organizations. He is also a director of a number of private and public companies. Mr. Burns holds a B.A., C.A. and M.B.A.
His community activities include being founding director and formerly chairman of The Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation (Canada), dedicated to brightening the lives of seriously ill children; director of the Canadian Society for the Weizmann Institute of Science; and recipient of the Arbor Award for meritorious service to the University of Toronto.
Featured in the media for his views on the Work/Life balance, he lives in Toronto with his wife and three children and indulges himself with his interests in sailing, jet-boating and exotic scuba diving.

Editorial Director Beth McBlain’s experience with several luxury lifestyle magazines, including Privilege and Luxe, has resulted in an editorial philosophy calling for practical analysis and insight into all aspects of an affluent lifestyle, coupled with a larger vision of shared philanthropic responsibility to the community at large. She has been a communications industry leader for over 20 years. As founder of McBlain & Associates and Max Media Productions, she developed visionary media campaigns that produced extraordinary results for a Who’s Who of Canadian public and private organizations, including the Royal Bank, the Hospital for Sick Children, the Sheppard Subway, the CN Tower, CHIN Radio and the Starlight Children’s Foundation of Canada, among many others.

Jay has developed the Vantage Magazine website, designed with partnerships and sponsorships in mind. He has nearly 25 years’ experience designing and developing computer systems for a wide variety of clients including Bell Canada and the federal government. As founder and CTO for Farelogix Travel Systems, he designed the first web-based negotiated fare system, receiving a U.S. patent for the “Intelligent Booking Engine” used by major firms like American Express. He went on to become a consultant developing web portal technologies that included design of the air travel redemption system for the Airmiles brand serving over seven million Canadian households. He received a computer programming and systems analyst diploma from the University of Waterloo in 1983 and currently resides in Vancouver where he is vice-president of marketing and business development for Incognito Software.

Jordan Kay is a technology writer and emerging media strategist based in Toronto. His company, Glucose Digital has worked behind the scenes on many interactive campaign strategies for clients ranging from Time Magazine, Sears Canada, Royal LePage, and Visa Canada to media properties such as Boardwalk Gaming and Entertainment and Vantage Magazine. He currently holds the position of Director of Emerging Media for Vantage helping partners plan integrated communications plans that extend into social media and Web 2.0 strategies.
His passion for technology and gadgets began as a marketer focused on understanding the modes of media consumption for his target audience but quickly grew to a personal obsession with the "must have" devices in the marketplace. An MBA alumnus of the Schulich School of Business, Jordan has a degree in Arts and Media Administration and worked for Purolator Courier, Sprint Canada, and Canada Post before founding his own technology company focused on marketing automation.
Jordan is a frequent traveler to Europe where he visits family and friends and scours the technology marketplace for "cutting edge" products yet to arrive in North America.
